Job Description

Cpl Recruitment is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner for 15 month FTC to join a Dublin City-based organisation. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home. Candidates must have 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HRBP.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted Human Resource Business Partner, supporting employee relations, performance management, retention, compensation & benefits, and HR projects.
  • Build strong relationships with People Managers to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on HR policies, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
  • Support and lead on employee relations issues including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and formal processes.
