Our client, a leading global online games developer, is looking for a HR Business Partner o join their team in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Partner team leads in all people management topics and assist them in establishing highly efficient and cohesive teams;
• Be the culture guardian and promoter;
• Transform high-level people strategies into ground-level execution. You will customize the project plans and implementation in the teams and support team leads in all kinds of organizational changes from the most critical people projects to daily operations;
• Be a trusted partner that staff are willing to reach out proactively to for career or personal consultancy;
• Provide insights to help design HR policies, procedures, or activities that are in line with the business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 5 years experience in the HR area;
