We're looking for an experienced HRBP to support managers and teams across the EMEA region.

What You'll DoAct as a trusted HRBP for managers: employee relations, performance, development.Lead end-to-end HR Generalist activities: recruitment, onboarding, C&B, and HR admin and payroll coordination when needed.Ensure labor law compliance across EMEA and keep policies aligned with local regulations.Manage and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making.Lead and support talent, performance and capability‐building initiatives.

What You Bring6+ years of experience as HRBP / HR Generalist .Strong employment law knowledge and experience managing employee relations cases.Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.Fluent English + Spanish.
