Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced HRBP to support managers and teams across the EMEA region.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted HRBP for managers: employee relations, performance, development.
  • Lead end-to-end HR Generalist activities: recruitment, onboarding, C&B, and HR admin and payroll coordination when needed.
  • Ensure labor law compliance across EMEA and keep policies aligned with local regulations.
  • Manage and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Lead and support talent, performance and capability‑building initiatives.


What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience as HRBP / HR Generalist .
  • Strong employment law knowledge and experience managing employee relations cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Fluent English + Spanish.
