Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced HRBP Executive to join our team in Delhi. As an HRBP
Executive, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders and
employees, driving business outcomes, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
You will be a key member of the HR team, working closely with business stakeholders to identify
and address talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Business Partnership : Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent
management needs, develop HR strategies, and implement solutions to drive business
outcomes.


● Talent Management : Support the development and implementation of talent
management programs, including recruitment, performance management, succession
planning, and employee development.
● Employee Engagement : Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to
improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
● Organizational Development : Support organizational change initiatives, including
restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.
● HR Operations : Provide support on HR operations, including employee data
management, benefits administration, and compliance.
● Analytics and Reporting : Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders
to inform business decisions.
● Communication : Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to
employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
● Education : MBA in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
● Experience : 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or similar role.


Skills:
● Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and performance management
systems
