**Description**



+ Recruiting and ministry of interns, bachelor and master students,

+ Participate in career fairs with the team

+ Person of contact for all employees in KJP for all HR relevant questions

+ Coordination and preparation of the onboarding process for new employees including the organization of the welcome day

+ Conduct exit interviewsand process

+ Keep the employee data in the personnel information system people soft up to date

+ Maintain employee’s timecard and working rule management, and prepare attachment documents

+ Generation of the headcount and HR KPI report in close cooperation with controlling, maintain HR monthly KPI (training,Attrition Rate, Internal move rateetc.)

+ Maintain annual training plan and support all managers, Keep training records. Conduct HR related trainings. Support the training held by HQ.
