Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Linking HR strategy to manufacturing goals and managing organizational change.
  • Performance & OD: Driving continuous feedback culture and improving corporate-to-factory workflows.
  • L&D & HRDF: Upskilling staff for internal mobility and maximizing HRD Corp fund utilization.
  • Succession Planning: Grooming high-potential talent to eliminate single-point-of-failure risks.
  • Data Analytics: Using HRIS data and predictive analytics to forecast manpower and retention needs.
  • Compliance & IR: Overseeing Industrial Relations , legal compliance, and ethical governance (ABAC).

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
  • At least 10 years of well-rounded HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or L&D-focused role. <...
