Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for an HR Business Partner focused on Learning and Development (L&D). As an HRBP - L&D, you will design, implement, and manage employee training and development programs. You will contribute to creating HR policies, support performance management processes, and work closely with employees to address concerns and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Your contributions will play a key role in fostering an engaging, compliant, and productive work environment.
