WHAT YOU'LL DO: 
 
Here's what you can expect on a typical day: 

 
Serve as a Learning Partner: 
- Define and implement a strategic roadmap for technology skills development on a global scale 
- Create dashboards and analytics to track progress, impact, and learning effectiveness 
- Incorporate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Cloud, and more) into learning programs 
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define, drive, and deliver on key outcomes 
- Lead with influence in a matrixed, multicultural environment, fostering collaboration and accountability 
- Serve as a talent partner: 
  - Advise leaders on talent strategy and organizational capability 
  - Lead and support succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives 
  - Guide talent reviews and workforce planning activities 
  - Coach leaders and managers on developing their people and building high-performing teams 
- Run the graduate program in EMEA and oversee other graduate/intern projects in ESI, overseeing the full talent lifecycle: from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing career development, engagement, and retention of graduate talent 
 
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: 
 
- 5–10 years' experience in learning & development, preferably with a technology focus 
- Demonstrated success managing across the globe in a matrixed organization preferably in a HRBP or Talent role 
- Strong analytical skills; proven ability to oversee complexity and assess the impact of decisions 
- Experience with talent management processes and partnership with business leaders 
- Intrinsic motivation to drive outcomes and inspire high achievement 
- Energized by working with world-class technology experts and fostering a high-performance team culture 
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 
 
- Master's degree or advanced certification in Learning,  or related discipline 
- Experience with digital transformation and technology-driven learning strategies 
- Expertise in coaching and leadership development for technical audiences 
- Familiarity with global, multicultural environments
