Multinational IT Company is currently looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to the business.
Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies and initiatives.
- Lead talent planning for Portugal and assigned Business Unit, ensuring short- and mid-term staffing control, identification of critical roles, and alignment between capabilities, structure, and business needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on technology profiles.
- Deploy the company’s performance and development model, identifying key talent and driving development, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to managers, providing people-related guidance, tracking KPIs, and generating insights to improve employee experience.
