As the TCL Europe Business Group, we are seeking the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic EU team and on-site our office in Madrid, Spain.

Reporting line: Country Manager and HRD of EU.

The HR BP is responsible for aligning the HR activities with the business in the region by providing a comprehensive, professional and efficient service, offering strategic and operational support, advice and information to managers and employees, as well as with other members of the HR team, in the areas of individual employee relations, budgeting for staff costs and other employment-related costs, reporting, resource planning, staff recruitment, analysis and oversight of HR policies and procedures.
