SECTION I: GENERAL SUMMARY
As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner Manager supports the alignment of business objectives with his
team. It serves as a consultant to management to Human Resources related strategies, plans and respective HR
issues and will act as champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs proactively with
our HR department and business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions. HRBP Manager
formulates partnership across the HR function to deliver value added service and maintains an effective level of
understanding of HR strategies, plans and actions, business literacy about the unit's operational and financial
position, its mid- and long-term plans, its culture, and its competitors.
SECTION II: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
