Overview

Act as a strategic partner and operational lead. This role is responsible for aligning talent strategy with business goals, driving employee engagement, and managing all daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of broad HR experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.

  • Verify that approved Manpower Request Form (MRF) is in place before starting recruitment to confirm budget availability.
  • Handle the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting basic reference checks.
  • Support candidate onboarding by preparing job offers, contracts, and orientation kits, and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
