A) HR Planning
1)Responsible for riving the HR Plan in alignment with overall Business HR strategy
2)Creation and control the annual HR budget for the plant and allocate the budget for the identified activities; deploy mechanisms to measure ROI for each budgeted activity
B)Manpower Planning-'Manpower Plan & Budget - Facilitating & Monitoring the exercise of Annual Manpower Planning and Annual Manpower Budget on time and effectively.
C)Talent Acquisition
1)Annual Recruitment Budget - Facilitating & monitoring the preparation of Annual Recruitment Budget based on the vacant positions which are to be filled, future manpower requirements arising out of employees’ separation, expansion, modifications, addition of new machineries & Annual Business Plan.
