  • Lead and support strategic HR initiatives such as digital transformation, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
  • Drive HR Analytics initiatives to generate insights from workforce data, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support employee experience and DEI programs through targeted interventions.
