**Objective**
The HRBP Sr. serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, enabling organizational effectiveness through people strategies, talent management, and cultural development. This role plays a critical part in aligning human resources practices with business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability while fostering a high-performance culture.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborates with leadership teams to design and execute HR strategies that directly support business priorities, both short
- and long-term.
- Advisory & Guidance: Provides expert counseling and recommendations to leaders and line managers in all HR-related areas (performance, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) to drive informed decision-making.
