As an HR Business Partner at Molex, you will accelerate and strengthen our organizational culture through leadership coaching, strategic alignment, and principle-based decision-making. This role directly influences talent development, retention, and regulatory compliance, contributing to the success of our site.

Our Team

You’ll be part of the Human Resources team within the TIS division. You’ll collaborate closely with operations leaders, business leaders, technical staff, legal, and compliance teams to drive talent and culture initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Apply our culture across HR processes and decision-making.
  • Coach supervisors and leaders on talent, performance, and compensation strategies.
