HRC Test Engineer

· 5-7 years of good testing experience in Finance modules(AP, AR, GL, PO ).

Mandatory experience in High Radius Cloud testing.

· Good functional knowledge in finance modules(AP, AR, GL, PO ).

· 2-3 years of Team leading experience is mandatory.

· Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

· Capable to lead a team of 6-10 team members.

· Having DB upgrade testing experience is an advantage.

· Understand testing requirements and objectives, as well as the company’s software development process.

· Develop test plans and cases based on business and technical requirements.

· Execute manual and automated tests, track defects, and report results.

· Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend improvements.

· Assist with troubleshooting issues identified during testing.

· Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.

· Work closely with developers to ensure that new code meets quality standards.

· Keep abreast of new testing tools and methodologies.

· Train new team members on testing procedures.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

· Working knowledge of testing methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.).

· Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, Quality Center, or TestRail.

· Ability to create clear and concise test cases.

· Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
