Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the execution of the Annual Training Plan, ensuring coverage across all areas (production, installation, sales, support areas).
- Provide operational support to ensure the Annual Training Plan aligns with the strategy (>200% growth in less than 5 years).
- Coordinate in-person and online training, managing registrations, invitations, materials, hotel bookings and attendance tracking.
- Monitor and report training budgets and costs by area or project.
- Process FUNDAE funding applications and coordinate documentation with providers and administration.
