The Head of Human Resources (HRD Head) is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions of the organization. This role requires a strong HR generalist with solid managerial experience, in-depth knowledge of labor relations, and hands-on capability across the full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational, ensuring compliance, workforce stability, and alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
