Opportunity

Join the in‑house HR Enablement team as a HR Supervising Associate. You will be a key partner to stakeholders, advising on best practices, defining a Retained Ops strategy, delivering end‑to‑end Core HR processes, and collaborating on vendor management.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, equal opportunity, and employment legislation related to retained operations.
• Support strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, and other key HR initiatives with HR lead.
