Job Description

General Responsibilities :1. Review the calculation of employee overtime payments based on attendance data.
2. Ensuring Employee Contracts and expiry date date monitored Up date and coordination with recruitment.
3. Ensure the attendance of employees in accordance with the applicable provisions and prepare the Letter of SP (letter of warning) to employees who perform disciplinary action with correspondence. Calling for employees who are absent / defaulted in accordance with applicable provisions.
4. Support the EHFS Section in the case of Jamsostek claims especially against Work Accidents, according to the procedures applicable in jamsostek.
5. Make the administration of both correspondence to the PT. Jamsostek and hospitals.
6. Perform Process Administration Program SHOP (Mobile Mobile ownership program).
7. Support the recruitment and training programs held by Personnel.
