Overview

HR HCM Project Manager with solid understanding of SAP Payroll. Permanent opportunity with leading HCM consultancy. Fully remote basis (you have to be based in Spain or Poland).

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects focusing on SAP Payroll implementations and improvements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience as HR Project Manager.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Dutch language skills (beneficial).
  • Dutch Payroll knowledge (beneficial).
