Job Description
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s HR systems. The role ensures system reliability, data accuracy, user support, and timely reporting while working closely with internal teams and system vendors to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and support HR systems in coordination with internal teams and vendors
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support for admins and employees
- Conduct user training and maintain HRIS documentation and manuals
- Review system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement or automation
- Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data
- Generate HR and manpower reports for internal and compliance requirements
- Manage vendor coordination, contracts, and system-related payments
