HRIS Analyst - Permanent - Belfast MCS Group is delighted to partner with a global organisation as they look to add an HRIS Analyst to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity. The role: This role is ideal for someone with a background in HR or People Operations who has moved into (or is looking to deepen) the people analytics and HRIS space. You will work closely with stakeholders across the People team to turn workforce data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and reporting that support effective people decision-making. The main responsibilities: Act as a key partner to the People team, translating people and workforce questions into clear analytics, reports, and actionable insights. Design, build, and maintain people analytics dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on insight, trends, and recommendations rather than raw data.
