We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In this contract role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing human resources information systems to support the organization's HR functions. This position requires a strong background in HRIS analysis, implementation, and database management.
Below are the key qualification for the position:
+ Extensive experience as an HRIS Analyst, with deep proficiency in UKG (configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and module management).
+ Strong knowledge of employment regulations and standard HR and Payroll practices.
+ Ability to leverage technology to resolve challenges, modernize processes, and streamline HR operations.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience partnering across multiple stakeholders including leadership teams.
