ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role will focus on optimizing our Workday platform, particularly in Recruiting and Reporting, to enhance talent acquisition processes and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Champion the use of AI within people data and systems to improve insights and automation.
  • Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline workflows and improve candidate experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to recruiting processes
  • Build reporting capabilities, leveraging Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, People Analytics/Prism and downstream BI (e.g., Power BI).
