Job Description



Under general supervision, provides Oracle Cloud HR (Oracle HCM) system support to our employees, managers, and internal HR teams. This individual will be the primary point of contact for ticket/issue resolution and liaise with IT on issues that require IT intervention. They will also contribute to system testing, integration troubleshooting and error-handling, and maintenance of SOPs and end-user support documentation. We are searching for analysts with experience in business facing support of the following Oracle Fusion Cloud modules: Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Compensation, Absence Management, Core HR, OTBI Reporting; as well as experience with Integration support, EBS (Oracle on-prem platform), and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform.
