HRIS Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead the implementation and optimization of Darwinbox. The role works closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure the system supports operational and strategic needs.

• Lead HRIS implementation, configuration, testing, and user training
• Administer system access, security, and configurations
• Maintain accurate and secure employee data
• Optimize HR processes through automation and system enhancements
• Generate HR reports and analytics
• Provide system support and liaise with vendors and IT
• Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements

Required skills/experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' HRIS experience, including at least one system implementation
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance
