Job Description
Design, develop, implements, test, and maintain business processes using current delivered tools Manage and execute HR system and program implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and projects as assigned and is responsible for deliverables and timeline commitments Partner with information technology resources and technology vendors to plan complex highly integrated implementations Analyze business requirements, use cases, opportunities for optimization and automation Serve as a primary functional and technical point-of-contact and is subject matter expert for the Company’s HCM and Time and Attendance systems Serve as the lead system administrator for HR systems and applications; ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms Prepare ad hoc reports on a regular basis for analysis, compliance, and to monitor employee transactions that require departmental action Create and provide c...
