Job Description

  • Design, develop, implements, test, and maintain business processes using current delivered tools
  • Manage and execute HR system and program implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and projects as assigned and is responsible for deliverables and timeline commitments
  • Partner with information technology resources and technology vendors to plan complex highly integrated implementations
  • Analyze business requirements, use cases, opportunities for optimization and automation
  • Serve as a primary functional and technical point-of-contact and is subject matter expert for the Company’s HCM and Time and Attendance systems
  • Serve as the lead system administrator for HR systems and applications; ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
