Job Description

**Overview**
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role serves as a key partner to the business, ensuring HR technology supports needs, enhances user experience, and drives operational efficiency. The HRIS Analyst will support system enhancements, integration and lead projects. They will support updates and patches, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and provide reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
**Responsibilities**
HRIS System Support and Maintenance:
* Partners with all levels of management to analyze application design, functionality and workflows to identify enhancements and ensure overall application optimization.
* Configure system modules, workflows, security roles, and business processes to meet operational needs.
* Support Dayforce releases, patches, and system updates; assess impact and coordinate testing.
