A leading service provider in Metro Manila is seeking Call Center HR Representatives. The role involves managing employee queries related to HR processes, implementing HR policies, and ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems. Candidates should have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields, experience with US FMLA laws, and excellent customer service skills. A Spanish speaking background is a plus. The position requires a willingness to work on a night shift and can operate in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.
