This program combines functional training, real-world system exposure, and client-facing project experience-preparing candidates to support and optimize HR technology solutions across the US market.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>This opportunity is ideal for:</b></div> <ul> <li>Professionals without a formal "HRIS / HCM Analyst" title but with experience in HR operations, HR systems, payroll, Customer care, benefits, or workforce administration</li> <li>HR professionals, business analysts, or functional consultants transitioning into HRIS or HCM analyst roles</li> <li>Candidates interested in working with leading HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Dayforce</li> <li>Strong communicators who can translate HR business needs into system configurations and process improvements</li> <li>Professionals with experience in HR data management, reporting, integrations, system support, or ERP environments</li> </ul> <div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div> <ul> <li>Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into effective HRIS / HCM solutions</li> <li>Configure, support, and maintain HRIS/HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, or Learning</li> <li>Perform system testing, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and post-implementation support</li> <li>Partner with technical teams on integrations, data feeds, security roles, and reporting solutions</li> <li>Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals</li> <li>Support HR stakeholders with system enhancements, issue resolution, audits, and continuous process improvements</li> </ul> <div>This program is designed to help you gain hands-on HRIS/HCM experience, industry-relevant skills, and long-term career growth as an HRIS / HCM Analyst supporting enterprise HR systems.</div>
