Job Description

To oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resource Information System, ensuring it effectively supports HR operations and provide strategic initiatives. This role involves managing data integrity, providing user support and training, analyzing and reporting HR data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ensure the system is up-to-date and operational.

Conduct regular system audits and perform routine maintenance.

Manage data entry, data validation and data correction processes.

Develop and enforce data governance.

Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity within HRIS.

Ensure the availability and reliability of the HR metrics report.

Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights and support decision making.
