Job Description

The HRIS Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administration, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the University's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday. This role ensures the accuracy, security, and functionality of HR data, streamlines HR processes, and provides user support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration & Business Process Enhancement
     

    • Manage system administration and strengthen the core functionality of the HRIS.

    • Lead initiatives to gather user requirements, propose system designs, and conduct solution testing.

    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
