Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and report a wide range of HR-related data including employee demographics, compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and workforce analytics.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations by preparing and submitting accurate and timely HR-related reports to government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
  • Manage reporting requirements such as EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) compliance, OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) reporting, and other regulatory mandates.
