Summary


The HRIS (SuccessFactors) Leader Director will be responsible for strategic ownership, governance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across all HR functions. This role will lead a team of HR technology professionals, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of HRIS with organizational processes in India and globally. This role is strictly involved in the building & customizing the enterprise applications and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.
