Job Description
Summary: The HRIS Specialist for Talent & Core HCM serves as the technical business partner to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Business Partner teams, owning the system architecture, configuration, and data management for Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, and related talent modules.
This role translates business requirements into system solutions, ensures organizational data integrity, and provides expert consultation on system capabilities and process optimization.
