We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to play a key role in our enterprise‑wide HR transformation, helping shape how systems, processes, and analytics drive business impact at Votorantim Cimentos North America.

This role supports redesign and modernization of our HRIS, payroll, and workforce management ecosystemwhile revisiting how we work, driving efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience improvements. You will be part of the HR Optimization team, working directly with the Head of HR Operations and Optimization.
