Summary: The HRIS Specialist for Total Rewards serves as the technical business partner to the Compensation and Benefits teams, owning the system architecture, configuration, and data management for compensation, benefits, payroll, and absence modules.
This role translates business requirements into system solutions, ensures data accuracy for pay and benefits processes, and provides expert consultation on system capabilities and optimization.
