Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring HRIS tickets are answered timely (ie. Password resets, reporting requests, security roles) Ensuring time reports needed for payroll are developed and delivered on time. Comfortable working with developers to help define requirements for system interfaces. Leading and/or SME on various HR projects. Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and project management skills Experience in a fast-paced HR/Payroll environment Comfortable working with all levels of the organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business Ability to work cross functionally within a global team Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly Previous working experience in a HRIS role is essential (+ years) Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos, essential for role Hands on experience with HRIS reporting UltiPro BI reporting module, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, WFM Dataviews Proficient in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas and macros Role models Propelis values and behaviors. Advantageous:
Good understanding of full HR processes (ie. Hiring, onboarding, pay changes, terminations) Previously worked in a global organization and process driven environment ADP Celergo/Globalview LI-PT
