Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring HRIS tickets are answered timely (ie. Password resets, reporting requests, security roles)

  • Ensuring time reports needed for payroll are developed and delivered on time.

  • Comfortable working with developers to help define requirements for system interfaces.

  • Leading and/or SME on various HR projects.
  • Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced HR/Payroll environment

  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business

  • Ability to work cross functionally within a global team

  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly

  • Previous working experience in a HRIS role is essential (+ years)

  • Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos, essential for role

  • Hands on experience with HRIS reporting UltiPro BI reporting module, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, WFM Dataviews

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas and macros

  • Role models Propelis values and behaviors.
  • Advantageous:

  • Good understanding of full HR processes (ie. Hiring, onboarding, pay changes, terminations)

  • Previously worked in a global organization and process driven environment

  • ADP Celergo/Globalview
