Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS tickets, including escalations, root-cause analysis, break/fix solutions, and stakeholder communicationMaintain and enhance Workday functionality, including R1 and R2 releases and configuration of modules such as HCM, Benefits, Offers, and SecurityDesign, build, test, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards using advanced reporting toolsSupport full deployment of new Workday features, including requirements gathering, project management, testing, change management, and trainingDocument current processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementTranslate business requirements into reports, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and ad-hoc reporting solutionsSupport HR initiatives and cyclical events such as Open Enrollment, compensation planning, and talent managementCreate and maintain S...
