Position Summary

This role will be the supervisor for the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of Bridgestone's Latin America Time and Attendance application, Ultimate Kronos Group's WFM Professional product.
The role will be responsible for managing a team of HRIS analysts who perform solution design, application configuration, integration support, application testing and system administration.
The team will also be responsible for application user support by answering teammate and manager inquiries and providing guidance on using application features and functions.
This position is responsible for ensuring the HRIS team follows agile best practices, prioritizes requests based on business priorities, and manages stakeholder expectations by having strong business relationships with key stakeholders from Payroll, Industrial Engineering, HR, and Labor Rel...
