HR/IT Analyst (Change Management)
Location: MOA Pasay City
Setup: 4x onsite, 1x WFH
Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM - 7:30
Salary: 40,000

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years’ experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation
• Good Presentation skills
Must have experience in:
• Designs, organizes and manages employee engagement strategies, events, and activities through effective project management, which includes planning, executing, and evaluating engagement activities and initiatives.
• Proposes creative ideas, concepts, and graphic designs for employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
