The HRMS & People Data Coordinator will support data-intensive and administrative HR projects, with a strong focus on HRMS implementation, data quality, and operational readiness. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate people data, compliant documentation, and smooth delivery of HR administrative initiatives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
HRMS & Data Management
- Support HRMS implementation and migration activities, including organizing and validating employee records in line with global compliance standards.
- Assist with data clean-up, audits, and data readiness initiatives to ensure accuracy and completeness.
