We are seeking a Business Analyst – HRMS (Zoho) to support the implementation and delivery of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) solutions, including Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Recruit . In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, gather requirements, and support the successful configuration and rollout of HR software solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand existing HR processes and business requirements.
  • Collect, document, and maintain requirements in a clear and structured format.
  • Support configuration, testing, and validation of HR modules such as Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, and Expense.
  • Assist with data migration, uploads, and issue resolution during implementation.
  • Prepare functional documentation, including requirement notes, process flows, and test case results.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely implementations.
  • Support client training sessions and assist in creating user guides and manuals.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools (experience with Zoho HR Suite is a plus).
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Education

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA or diploma in HR / Systems will be an added advantage.
