Manager - Implementation : Role expectations The primary accountability of a person in this role is to ensure on schedule, accurate and efficient implementation of Payroll clients while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. The client base is predominantly North American with a fair mix of global clients [MNCs]. Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision. Lead a team of Assistant Managers and their respective implementation teams, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
