Responsible for implementing the HR strategy and best practices to support business goals.Lead the implementation of HR processes and provide consultancy to managers in HR related issues.Design and lead succession plans for key talents and key job positions, performance improvement driver and promote positive changes in the people management arena. Design and support organizational changes.We would like to have with us in our HR team a positive, can do approach, team player which brings professional experience, innovative and methodological skills.

o 3 years' work experience in an HR Business Partner roleo Previous experience in start-up/small-medium companieso Strong communication (verbal/written and presentation) Skillso Strong time management and priorities management skillso Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisionso Strong team player, ability to influence & impact otherso Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Master's degree preferred)o Global experience ,excellent English
