Job Description


  • Provide HR process guidance and support for the LATAM HR team.

  • Manage policies, procedures, severance processing, and HR policy interpretation.

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations (including NOM‑035 in Mexico).

  • Partner with the HR Business Partner, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Serve as a key contact for day‑to‑day HR inquiries and escalate employee relations matters when needed.

  • Maintain confidential digital employee records with accuracy and compliance.
