- Provide HR process guidance and support for the LATAM HR team.
- Manage policies, procedures, severance processing, and HR policy interpretation.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations (including NOM‑035 in Mexico).
- Partner with the HR Business Partner, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Serve as a key contact for day‑to‑day HR inquiries and escalate employee relations matters when needed.
